Food manager
Katkin offers ANSI approved, nationally accredited CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) courses that meet most health department requirements nationwide.
Food Handler
Required by health departments in some areas and recommended by all! Everyone on your team responsible for handling food needs the knowledge and skills to safely handle food.
Alcohol Server
Anyone who sells, serves, pours alcohol or even checks ID, must do so responsibly. With our certified curriculum and instructors, they will be able to do just that.

This course will teach you about the most common food allergies, how to recognize symptoms and identify allergens.
